Early in to Site 14, you will creep through a vent and drop down as a squad passes you. Sneak up to the first soldier you come across and grab him, drag him back to that vent and throw him into it.
The ragdoll physics may fight back, so this might take a few tries. You can either die to restart that checkpoint, or shoot another soldier to open them up to a grab. Melee may kill them instantly on lower difficulties.
