Acquired towards the end of the Jorvik Castle story mission. You will find it next to a large stone door, in a small black box, along with a selection of weapons.

It works best with the shotgun and grenade launcher, the automatic weapons have some awkward kick that can be hard to manage if you're not using Focus (slow-mo / bullet-time).
