Play Single Player first to unlock gear and bike parts and get money. Then buy 5 different rider gear or bike parts under Single Player - Garage and use them on you / your bike. Then play a Public Multiplayer game and the achievement will unlock as soon as the game starts.

You should add that changing color does not make it customized...

If You Have The DLC's The Gear You Get From That Counts Towards This Achievement.
First You Will Need To Going Into Single Player To Earn Some Money, If You Don't Have Any DLC's You Are Going To Want To Get;
* MX Goggles Or MX Helmet & Goggles - Price $4,990
* Leather Vest - Price $4,990
Classic Jeans - Price $3,890
Half Finger Leather Gloves - Price $1,390 (Requires 6 Medals)
Old Rattler Boots - Price $2,690 (Requires 6 Medals)
Total: $17,950
As I Had The First DLC I Could Use Team 1/2 Helmet & Team 1/2 Jersey. Saving $9,980, Not Sure What DLC 2 Comes With?
If You Have The First DLC You Only Need To Get All Gold In Walk In The Park Plus A Gold In Fuel For The Flames Or 2 Silvers. But Without The First DLC You Will Need To Play Past Fuel For The Flames.
Now Just Going To;
- Multiplayer
- Xbox Live
- Hit RB
- Make It All Fast Join
- Find Race
- Quick Match
- Everyone Is Ready & Game Has Started It Will Popped
