How to unlock the Cult of the Golden Wheel achievement in Trials Evolution - Definitive Guide
This achievement is done on the track "Sky City" and I recommend using the Phoenix 250cc bike.
Once you start on the track, you'll need to ignite your back tire, and to do this, take the first jump over the wheel barrow. Once you land, go forward until you hear a creaking door open, at this point begin reversing. When you reverse all the way up the ramp behind you, you will ignite your back tire with some sparks. These sparks will NOT make your bike explode, so there is no need to rush.
You will now need to ignite all 6 fuses, without faulting, around the track to gain this achievement.:
1. Right after the initial ramp
2. At Checkpoint 4, before the bounce pad, you'll see the fuse on the lower for of the boxes.
3. At Checkpoint 7, slowly creep up the ramp, and use your back tire to ignite the fuse at the top of the ramp, and make sure to reverse quickly back down the ramp.
4. After the second bounce pad, slowly go up the incline, and the fuse will be directly after it.
5. After the 3rd bounce pad, the fuse will be at the edge of the building.
6. At Checkpoint 17 (far within the level) you'll have a big gap to cross. You'll have to go slowly, and hit the small platform beneath you and bounce to the lower ledge where you'll find the final fuse, gaining the achievement.

I'm assuming you can't fault either (or else the sparks will go out?)

Thanks a lot, great guide. Not sure why you got a negative vote, some dumb ass who just thinks he's funny I guess.
@Octobot Super: No, you have to ignite your rear wheel and then light all 6 fuses without faulting in between.

As demonstrated above in Maka's excellent video guide, you must ignite the rear tire then ignite all six fuses without faulting. This is a medium track and not to tough, however lighting some of the fuses will take practice.
What I would like to add is an explanation of the technique used to light the third and sixth fuses as they are the hardest.
When approaching the third fuse simply ease up the ramp leaning forward, as you approach the top of the ramp you will start to pull a wheelie. Just before/as you crest the top you will need to lean the rider back and apply the brake/reverse.
The forward momentum will bring the rear tire up to light the fuse and the action of leaning back while applying brake/reverse will set you going back down the ramp.
The sixth fuse will require more luck than the third.
I found two methods; Slowly accelerate just off the edge barely pulling back, you will land mostly on you're front wheel with an ugly light bounce. Keep the momentum going and you can do a bunny off of the small platform landing safely and igniting the last fuse.
The second method is more like the video above; Set your front tire just before the edge then accelerate heavily. When done just so you will land on the small platform below on your back tire only, keep the momentum going and bunny over to safety igniting the last fuse and finishing the requirements. Good luck everybody.

The third fuse is driving me nuts! No matter what I try, the bike just goes over the edge.
