How to unlock the Lobster and Caviar achievement in Trials Fusion - Definitive Guide
- Gone Clubbin' - Trials - Easy
- Eden - Trials - Easy
- Stratosphere - Trials - Easy
- Winter Getaway - Trials - Hard
- The Substratum - Trials - Hard
- The Way of the Machine - Trials - Extreme
- High Society - FMX - Medium
- Freefall - Skill Game - Medium
All 8 will need to be completed, with any rating, in order to unlock the achievement. I have included replays of the Hard/Extreme tracks which are hyperlinked above (click the track name), or you can see the videos HERE.
The Way of the Machine track is extremely difficult, and many players may encounter problems throughout the track. As always, practice makes perfect. Just take your time learning the bike physics and how they change your bike movement in order to complete obstacles more easily.
You will need to complete all tracks with any rating for the achievement, but I'm only covering the Extreme because the others can be easily finished with enough tries.
Way of the Machine is a long extreme track with multiple sections that need Ninja or very advanced techniques. FatShady Live has a YouTube channel called University of Trials that breaks the tracks down and explains it for those of us that aren't top tier players. Some obstacles will still require you to be a good rider to pull off, but it does bring the difficulty down a little bit.
The above video is the full track breakdown while the below is the one ramp that seems to give most people trouble.
Once you make it to the end don't be surprised if you can't finish it on the first try. The final section looks deceptively easier than it actually is. Eventually I was able to reach the final obstacle in 11 minutes and still failed because of time. Just keep at it and eventually the tips will work. I held the gas down to launch myself up the ramp and barely made it to the final platform. Good luck, and I hope this helps!
These are not my videos and I take no credit for them.
You'll see this type of trophy in every single DLC - you need to pass all the tracks. The only one you're likely to struggle with, is the very last Expert track: Way of the Machine. This is so far the hardest track in Trials Fusion, right up there with Inferno IV in number and difficulty of hard obstacles. If you're not an experienced Trials rider, you'll definitely want to watch the following tutorial by 'Professor Fat Shady'. And as usual, if you are still struggling - go back to the basics, and watch University of Trials Videos:
