How to unlock the Wax On, Wax Off achievement in Trials Fusion - Definitive Guide

Every Trials Fusion owner will get this as 'general story development'. After 9 medals are collected from the first set of tracks (three gold medals on three tracks will suffice) the second set of levels open up (Arctic Open). The first level in the event will need to be completed for the achievement to pop.

This achievement will not unlock for me, although I already have completed 71% of the career..

Erased game data twice but still no achievement.

I posted in the UBI forums for manual unlocking.. there was a forum post here with this "solution".

Annoying, this achieve popped for me just trying the demo. Since when can you get achievements on a demo??

Just finished the career, didn't unlock for me either!

Delete your local save data and attempt the career again maybe? That's all I can think of. Popped immediately for me. Sorry.

After you collect 10 medals from gameplay, the second set of levels "Arctic Open" will be unlocked. Complete the first level in this event, and you will unlock the achievement.

You can actually do this in the trial of the game - don't even have to buy the game. Just download the trial and do the demo levels and this is the last level of the demo. Pop!

Be-warned completion chasers!

Probably the first achievement you'll unlock in the game. Complete "Training Program 1" and then complete levels until you get enough medals to unlock the 2nd event. Once it is unlocked you'll want have to complete "Training Program 2" to continue with the game, and you will unlock this achievement.
