This video will show you how to perform the zero fault run on Neo Bradford while wearing the Neo Hooligan outfit. Something quick to not is that the outfit is only available on the male riders. Just equip all three pieces (Helmet, Top and Bottom) under Ride -> Rider -> Neo Hooligan. You can also use the 
button at any point if you fault as long as you have one continuous run without faulting until you reach the finish line.

Track: Neo Bradford
Bike: Any (Rabbit or Pit Viper Recommended)
Equip the necessary rider gear, then complete this medium track without any faults for the achievement to unlock. This is a relatively easy track, so just stick to it and find a reliable path that suits your play style. Completing the track in the outfit without faults unlocks the achievement!

Great guide but I disagree with you on the bike. After trying 10+ times with the Viper I did it on my 2nd try with the Roach. Much more predictable.
Mind you I suck at this game, but here's the thing: if you're not an expert rider then Roach might be easier.
