There are a total of 9 audio logs available in the Fire in the Deep DLC. You can find 1 on each track and they appear as large tape players with a button required to start playing them. You will need to do a variety of tasks in order to press these buttons, which can be seen below:

[0:09] - The Vestibule
[0:28] - Primordial Peak
[0:56] - Tectonic Jolt
[1:19] - Section-47
[2:39] - Downtown Fracture
[3:06] - Bottom Dweller
[3:21] - Deeper Underground
[6:07] - Iron Incendiary
[6:42] - Charred Remains

Hey Euler13 After alot of anger; I ended up deleting my save by going to the game on the apps section and selecting trials fusion. Then I chose DELETE SAVE FROM CONSOLE. I went back to the game, played up until you unlock the pit viper bike, went and got all of the audio logs again ( did not take long since I believe to be a master at the game ) and then the achievement popped after the last log. So hopefully that works for you. It takes a while to do but thats the only way I found to fix it.

Yet another glitched achievement.. this game sure is something. Gonna have to boost this offline new save if I wanna get it

I really just wasted all my time deleting my save… getting the pit viper… getting all audio logs AGAIN. And it still didn’t unlock. Yeah this ones a lost cause for me

@nate 1528: Yes, same here. I am so annoyed with RedLynx. I already got all the achievements on my Xbox 360 and recently I bought an Xbox One (cue the Sony fan-boys: I told you so!). The Xbox One port seems to be glitched to hell! On Welcome to the Abyss I did the Kraken challenge and the achievement (Abyssal Interference) did not unlock. I completed every track on that DLC and Let Sleeping Octopus Lie did not unlock. I still don't know why the Kraken did not unlock, but it seems that because I did that challenge on my completion run of every track it did not count Deluge (where you earn the Kraken achievement). Even though all the leaderboards had my times and medals earned. So I re-did every track, including Deluge (I so hate that track!) and the completion achievement popped. However, like you when I got to the last audio log it said 9/9, but I'm stuck at 88%. I've re-visited every audio log and still no luck. Grr!

There is a total of 9 audio logs (1 per track). They look like big cassette recorders, and you need to press a red button in front of them to make it count (you'll see a little pop up in top right corner, similar to the way you find squirrels).
