You'll find all the tracks quite easy in this DLC. Even the Expert track is on the easier side (possibly the easiest Expert track in any DLC so far), and doesn't require any advanced techniques to get through.
There aren't any detailed walkthrough's for the Expert track yet, but here's a youtube user Shawn Paterson doing a decent job completing it:

Fire in the Deep DLC contains a total of 11 tracks as follows:
- The Vestibule - Medium - Trials
- Primordial Peak - Medium - Trials
- Tectonic Jolt - Medium - Trials
- Section-47 - Medium - Trials
- Downtown Fracture - Medium - Trials
- Bottom Dweller - Hard - Trials
- Deeper Underground - Hard - Trials
- Iron Incendiary - Hard - Trials
- Charred Remain - Extreme - Trials
- Manic Miner - Medium - FMX
- Circles of Hell - Medium - Skill Game
All 11 will need to be completed, with any rating, in order to unlock the achievement. If you've been able to complete Inferno IV, you should be able to complete these tracks quite easily, although new riders may need a considerable amount of practice in order to complete them. As always, practice makes perfect. Just take your time learning the bike physics and how they change your bike movement in order to complete obstacles more easily.
