How to unlock the Top Dog of the Turf achievement in Trials Fusion - Definitive Guide

Riders of the Rustlands DLC contains a total of 8 tracks as follows:

- Hornet's Nest - Medium - Trials
- Junkyard Funk - Medium - Trials
- Rags to Riches - Medium - Trials
- Gone to Waste - Hard - Trials
- Whiteout - Hard - Trials
- Devil's Beak - Extreme - Trials
- The Gauntlet - Medium - FMX
- Laws of Motion - Medium - Skill Game

All 8 will need to be completed, with any rating, in order to unlock the achievement. I have included replays of the Hard/Extreme tracks which are hyperlinked above (click the track name), or you can see the videos HERE.

If you've been able to complete Inferno IV, you should be able to complete these tracks quite easily, although new riders may need a considerable amount of practice in order to complete them. As always, practice makes perfect. Just take your time learning the bike physics and how they change your bike movement in order to complete obstacles more easily.

@LYarbrou543 Same for me. Finished Devil's Beak after two 30 minute timeouts and now the achievement is back at 0% on the tracker. Tried resetting the console and beating some of the easier tracks again to no avail.

I went back through and re-beat all the dlc tracks, still locked and at 0% completion.

Both this achievement and Squirrel Scavengers won't unlock for me for some reason. :( Sucks as I feel like this is only happening to a small amount of people.

I highly, highly recommend the rabbit. It makes the track much more forgiving (especially that s-curve vertical ramp). Here is a video I found of someone using the rabbit.

I agree the rabbit is much easier than the motorcycle.

Got it! Great guide. 93 faults 11 min first try on the extreme track. That jump after the S curve was hard as hell. I don't see any other way of getting it other than the wheel hook/fender grab. Good luck everyone

NEVERMIND, it says I have it unlocked now. I guess it unlocked once I reloaded my xbox/the game or while my xbox was off.

Rabbit is much easier, I agree. Only made it on top of the S-curve once on the Pit Viper (and then failed) within 300 tries, made it on top with the Rabbit 3 times within 40 tries.

the last 3 points are nearly impossible ( i think they are to the average trials player.) the developer made the extreme tracks way to hard in this trials game.

I'd agree as far as Inferno IV was concerned, but not DLC; if I'm paying extra for more extreme tracks, the last thing I want is easily passed extreme.

That second to last unpredictable checkpoint in Devil's Beak, I was trying the video's way and just kept flying backwards. Looked for another guide and found this as the world record. Instead of doing the flip, he locks the wheel and rotates the back up - same concept, but I was getting closer doing it this way.

I had completed all three challenges for each of the new Riders of the Rustlands maps, as well as either gold or platinum medaled them. Still I was stuck at 87% for the Top Dog of the Turf achievement. Although completing any of the challenges as well as achieving any specific medal is irrelevant, I thought I would share anyway. So I tried this, I went to my dashboard and uninstalled both my season pass and my Riders of the Rustlands DLC. From the dashboard and NOT IN GAME, I re-downloaded the content. I went through and completed the first four maps of the DLC. After completing the Gone to Waste map, with faults, I was finally awarded the achievement. Hope it works for all of you as well, good luck.

A straightforward, Medium difficulty trophy - you need to beat all the tracks. You are only likely to struggle with the single extreme track included in this DLC, called 'Devil's Beak'. I suggest using Professor Fat Shady's tutorial if you can't get through it on your own:
