On the level Secret base you can follow this video. This was found on youtube and is not my video but this is far easier with a video still a very tough achievement though

took me almost an hour and a half and over 700 faults but my body managed to fall down to the platform and unlock the achievement. I crashed on the last cirle flame I hit the guard rail and my body fell. thank yoda this one is done.

Pretty frustrating cheevo, took me about a half hour with around 50 faults, just takes some practice like a lot of things in this game.

About 1 minute and 8 attempts.
Recommend on the first vertical section trying to avoid the 1st fire ring, then fall into it, allows you more control of your velocity. You don't need to land on the ramp, just get to the last ring and you get it.

This is fairly easy to get, but at the same time, quite frustrating, as control of the bike when using jetpack can be somewhat fraught. Here's how to get there. Practise is the key if you're struggling, try to make the flight adjustments smooth, don't oversteer, as you will invariably overcorrect.

Ride the course as normal until you get to the point where you've just smashed through the glass, and onto a steel platform. Drop off the edge and onto the platform below, that's got two signs on it. The LHS is a Squirrels sign, the RHS is a no kids sign (A tricycle). Back into the Squirrels sign, and the RHS sign will fall down. Accelerate and jump off the platform, over the first fan, and onto the ledge, then over the 2nd fan. Drop down the hole, and pass the last checkpoint of the level. Youll be re-starting from here every time until you get the achievement.

Go through the ring of fire, and you get a jetpack boost. Try to keep near the ceiling, and when it runs out, you should fall down into the 2nd fire ring. Again, stay high, but below the pipes, and then slope up for the 3rd ring. Again, try and stay high. Go through the 4th ring (wall in front falls away), and turn up (go vertical). Try to stay on the right of centre shaft, as the 5th ring is on the right, but angle a bit left for the 6th ring.
Now you need to angle the bike even further left (you're effectively upside down now), and pass through a further 3 rings (try to keep in level / maybe slightly toward top left corner to achieve), and then get ready to spin the bike over, as you're coming up on a wall to the left. So, you need to angle the bike such that you're now pointing the front wheel down, wheels to the left. Hit the wall, (don't bail or crash), and drop down to land on the finish line. Achievement pops. You can still land badly & crash, still getting the achievement - it seems to be about getting there, not landing.
First time I've written an achievement guide, hope it works for you.

Good solution. But I just got the achievement even though I crashed into the last wall where you write that you can't bail or crash. I never got to the finishline! Wonder if this has happened with more then me? If so the achievement must be buggy?

Not sure myself, it's an achievement you only want to try and go for once, not multiple times just to prove it out either way. I think it's actually down to doing the complete "circle" as such, even if you hit the wall (when travelling from R to L), you'll still fall down under gravitational influence, and therefore pass the specific point the coding asks you to reach to imply completing the achievement. Landing it might just be a bonus?
Either way, thanks for the feedback!
