You can unlock this at the very beginning of the first Beginner track "Middle Name Danger". Simply ride slowly up to the very first ramp and then ride slowly over it. There is an explosive barrel after it and you will be thrown into the air in one gigantic explosion.

On the medium challenges, choose the "Where's the ground?" Level. You are faced with two big jumps at the start. Clear the first jump and don't give it enough gas to clear the second jump, tilt your rider backwards so he hits the explosive barrels in the middle of the jump head first. The achievement should pop up in a hail of broken bones and bike!

You first encounter explosive barrels on "Where's the Ground?", just make sure you hit one of them on the second jump. This shouldn't cause you any issues, another method is to fall from a great height but this isn't as easy.
