How to unlock the Gardener achievement in TRIALS of MANA - Definitive Guide

Either from item chests or as drops from enemies, you will be able to find Item Seeds. Take these to an inn at any city you come through to plant and grow the seed immediately into an item. The chance of getting something is randomly generated out of a list of items, with rarer seeds generating from an extended list. The earliest you can get this depends on which scenario you start in but you should get this before you get your full party assembled.

Achievement is generally pretty easy to obtain as long as you pick up rewards from chests/golden rewards from free roam areas.

Any character you select can result in obtaining this achievement. You do not need a specific character for this.

1. Locate chests/golden rewards in free roam areas. For me choosing Duran, I was able to find a seed within the walls of Valsena.

2. Locate an Inn. Within the Inn you should see a magic box (essentially a pot plant box) next to the Inn owner.

3. Place the seed and an achievement should pop when you collect your reward.

There's a seed in Jadd where everybody ends up for chapter 1, hidden in the gap between the item shop and the stairs, as a sparkly item on the ground
