This one seems to be bugged for me. I've gotten "A" on all story mission, but I still haven't gotten this one. I've rerun the level and I've closed the game reopened it and then rerun the level. Still no achievement. If anyone knows a fix to this I would love to hear it.

EDIT: For anyone else experiencing the same thing, it popped after I restarted my xbox.
