Towards the end of the track you go through a building on fire, but instead if once you get into that building you reverse and drop down to the ground floor, drive through a window and complete an alternate route through the building you’ll get the achievement.

Been through it 3 times now and it wont pop :(
EDIT: I restarted the game and did it again and it popped straight away.

To unlock the Beat the Heat trophy in Trials Rising, you will need to be riding on The Windy City track which is part of the Sixty Six DLC.

Towards the end of the track, you will enter a building that is on fire. Once you enter the building, instead of continuing on the normal path, reverse and you'll drop down into the floor below. Drive forward and through the window and complete the track to unlock the trophy.

Thumbs up from me but slight error as to where you enter the building, it is located just before you enter the building if you get to checkpoint 9 then reset with circle and just coast down the hill you will easily clear the exploding barrels and enter the building.
