This achievement is unlock by getting grade a or above on the first 4 University Of Trials track. It's pretty easy, but if you're having difficulty just press LB while in on the track and listen to what Professor Fatshady says and practise the courses. The final track needed for this achievement is unlocked at level 14.

I completed the first 5 tracks in University of Trials and no achievement. Force closed and relaunched the game and completed the 1st track again and then it unlocked.

To unlock the Feel the Flow trophy in Trials Rising, you will need to get at least an A Grade on the first four University of Trials tracks/tutorials. You will need to be level 14 before the last one is available.
The tracks required are:
- Throttle Control
- Leaning
- Mid Air Rotation
- FLow
They are all pretty easy and straight forward, but if you're struggling at any point, you can press L1 to hear tips from Professor Fatshady.
