For this achievement, you want to load up "Wheels of steel" within the Asian region of the game.
Once the level has started you want to reverse until you hit a plank of wood, knocking it into a power box, turning the lights off in the level. Once the lights are out, you will have to make your way through the level, navigating with next to no light source to guide your way. It's a fairly simple level, so you can easily just keep resetting checkpoints until you reach the end, or you can find a video of me completing the level below with the level light up as a guide to help you through the dark.
Once you get to the end of the level, your achievement will pop ^.^
I've also added a video of my run through the level in darkness if it's helpful to anybody

Good solution. Quite easy as well when your wheels light on fire. Gives you a sense of direction of what position the bike is in.

Hey everyone here is a quick and easy guide on how to get this achievement.
Load up the map Wheels of Steel (its on the eastern side of Asia in the third cup). At the beginning of the race just reverse and hit the metal bar into the fuse box. Now just race through the track and finish it. You can still fault so it shouldn't be too hard. Check out the video guide for more tips.

To unlock the I Can Do This With My Eyes Closed trophy in Trials Rising, you will complete the Wheels of Steel track (found in the Asian region) with the lights turned off.
To turn the lights off, reverse at the very start of the track until you knock over a plank of wood. This will knock the power out for the whole track.
It's not a very difficult track to complete, and you can obviously make the most of the checkpoints to help you finish it. Make it to the end and the trophy will unlock.
