How to unlock the Oh no, too Shiny! achievement in Trials Rising - Definitive Guide
Go to skill games > Power bike and then select the mantis. This skill game is by far the easiest diamond medal in the game. To achieve it, you will need to reach 950m
You should be able to reach 950m easy with your gas level if you only use it when you need it. Always try and use speed from going down ramps when possible.
Secondly, take your time. There’s no rush, and you don’t want to do any unessary faults. If you mess up a ramp just roll back down and try again. Good luck!

Best method by far, took me 3 attempts and got 1001m (would have been more but i flipped over and faulted)

I come here with an alternative method, you might find this easier, it's just down to personal preference.
Go to Skill Games then select 'Rodeo' and then select the Crawler. To achieve diamond you need to reach 45:00s.
Shouldn't take too many attempts once you get used to the bike and I found it pretty fun anyway.
Always nice to get an extra Diamond ; )
Alternatively, another easy track to get diamond on is Power Bike as mentioned by TreysForDayys.
Here is the video of my Diamond run:-
As already mentioned; achieving 950m is pretty straight forward if you only use your gas only when you really need it. Always try and use the speed from going down ramps when possible as well.
Good luck all.

If struggling it might be worth trying the helium. The world record is 1:42 because it can skip half the track. I failed a lot around 900 but then got to the end (1100m) with a bit to spare in the mantis

Note for Rodeo is you have to be level 88 to unlock the final league/race series and the last two skill games.

While this seems daunting, it's actually not too bad using the Skill game "Power Bike", unlocked at Level 63. This game requires you to get as far as you can using your limited fuel. Tapping on the gas gives a short flame boost that will push you a reasonable distance (even while in the air already).
You need to travel 950m for a Diamond Medal. If you're careful going through, braking over ramps to maximise your momentum into the next one, and leaning correctly, this has plenty of margin for error. Just take your time and don't panic, and try not to stop completely on a ramp - boost before you lose all momentum. Another handy tip is, if landing on your front wheel, holding the brakes will balance you, allowing you to adjust yourself forward. This is especially useful for the ramps up and down with a barrel in the middle, incase you don't make it over all the way.
