How to unlock the Take me to the nearest hospital! achievement in Trials Rising - Definitive Guide

This achievement can be done just after the 3rd checkpoint in the track UK Up. Ride into the explosive barrels at the top of the rocks in front of you and you should be blow back down to the stretcher below.

You can unlock the Take Me to the Nearest Hospital trophy in Trials Rising at the third checkpoint on the UK Up track.

From the third checkpoint, ride slowly up the rock ahead of you, and you will see the explosive barrels under another large rock. Ride into them and you will be blown back towards the stretcher below.
