Grand Finale is a level located in Saudi Arabia on the map. To unlock it, keep beating tracks and leveling up to unlock all 9 stadiums (stadia?) Each stadium you will need to beat once normally, then beat the finale (all three tracks without restarts and placing first in the final) once you beat all 9 stadium finals, the grand finale unlocks
The grand finale is not a race like the other stadiums. It is a long trials track which seems to a bit of everything in terms of obstacles. Simply beat the track with any time and the achievement unlocks (first time I tried, I didn't even get bronze and still the achievement popped)

I don't know if this will help anyone, but if you finish all 9 stadium finales and it doesn't appear on the map, you have to play the finale for "Siberian Learnings" and then it will pop up. Happend to me and thats how I fixed it
