How to unlock the Leveler IV achievement in Tricky Thief - Definitive Guide

Quick heads up for all who are stuck on level 15 because the level automatically fails after loading:

I´ve heard you can get around the gamebreaking bug here by switching your console settings to English (language) and USA(location). Restart the console and it should work, but haven´t tried it myself yet...
