Did you delete your save from console and cloud? So you start a full new fresh game?

I did delete everything multiple times , reinstalled and uninstalled multiple times and still nothing

Manage game and add ons - delete everywhere by selecting your saved profile (denoted by your GT image) and then delete everywhere.. worked for me.
