After defeating the goblins there will be a bouncy mushroom. There are two high platforms you can grapple to overhead. I chose the one furthest right.
So I was at around a 45-degree angle to the platform, jumped, pressed R2 and latched on to the platform bottom and snapped up. My momentum carried Zoya up and around the platform, automatically breaking the grapple. Upon falling back down the opposite side of the platform, I pressed R2 and grappled back onto the same platform. Trophy obtained. Took around 15 or so attempts to get it right.
