Trinity Fusion

What's considered a 'powerup' for this achievement is when you equip 3 amplifiers of the same colour/class to fill the 3 slots, which then unlocks a powerful passive amplifier for that colour. This is 1 'powerup'.

Currently you need to equip 6 powerups in a single run for this to unlock. The incorrect unlock requirement has been addressed and patched on steam, however Xbox doesn't have the most up -to-date version.
