This achievement would be a pain to do legit, as an 'evade' in this game is a perfectly timed dodge through an enemy while they're attacking, and the timing is very tight when they flash red. I'd only done 150 naturally in my 8hrs played when I was nearly finished with everything else.
Instead, there's a perfect opportunity in final area of the game called Amalgam, which unlocks later after story progression by turning on all 3 worlds harmonizors. This area is similar to the In-between and features some platforming sections with spikes etc. There is often a pilar from the ceiling with spikes on it with a platform either side, so the idea is to dodge through this pilar avoiding damage and progressing. However this counts as an evaded attack so you can simply dash back and forth constantly and knock it out in 5 minutes, instead of the awful method of standing next to an enemy waiting for them to attack you 400 times to dodge them.
