Trinity Fusion

For this achievement you'll want the amplifier called "explosive evasion", which places sticky grenades to an enemy's back if you perfect evade through them as their attack flashes red.

I personally had issues with this achievement unlocking despite doing the requirement multiple times. What worked for me was doing it on an airborne enemy such as a drone, however this didn't work for some people and they got it to work by doing it to a normal enemy, but this time while being in Endless Mode(unlocked after beating the game fully).
