The Claw 17 achievement requires you to play as Kera, go Forge > Underground Labs to first find the robot somewhere in these Labs. You'll speak to them and tell them they'd better hide someplace safe.
You then need to do a 2nd run with Kera to Forge, fuse with Naira in this area for better mobility, then fully explore using the later unlocked movement abilities of these characters and the robot will be hiding in an area you can platform up to. Speak to them and they'll thank you and return to the HUB.
Then just talk to them next time you're in the HUB.
