You first need to unlock the dismantle ability from the combat unlocks shop in the HUB. It's worth doing as early as possible so you get natural progress, as well as it being a great source of free money in runs.
You'd be lucky to get 1 dismantle per minute of just doing runs constantly at the end to grind for it, but I got it down to 4 dismantles per minute with this method. I'd only done 100 naturally in my 8hrs played when I was nearly finished with everything else.
For this method you need to have unlocked the Boss shop option too from the combat unlocks shop, but you should have it by now anyway as you'll obviously want to do this grind near the end.
You want to do a run something like Naira start doing Factory > In-between > Underground Lens. In Factory, explore and scrap every weapon, and in In-between choose all weapons options and scrap them to earn as much money as possible whilst saving all your money not spending any. Then when you get to the Underground Lens, there's a boss shop right there on spawn, buy the 2 weapon options with the money you've saved, dismantle both. Quit to main menu then continue and repeat the process.
