This can be done naturally if you have individuals that also play this game, but for those wanting to just get it over with:
Start a new classic, three round game, share a controller. Make your main profile the first character, and replace each AI opponent with a Player Character. Then just play through the three rounds controlling all four, and it'll pop during the credits scene. Just to be safe, I made sure my main profile character was the winner, but I don't get the impression that matters for this achievement. If anyone knows to the contrary, I'll gladly edit.

I would point out that for some reason this didn't work for me the first time. I might have had 3 people on family questions and 1 on classic. I got it doing a 5 round while trying for the achievement answering all questions correctly.

It doesn't matter what place you come in because I just came in 4th place (on purpose to do the test) & still got the achievement.
