Troll and I

Here is how I did it. Right at the start don't close the first one or two Fractures but kill all scavengers by hand or get Troll to kill them. Collect everything they drop until you have between 5 and 10 Bone tips to make spears with. Metal tips are fine as well. Both only need to be the single tip once. Also at the start climb up the wooden frame and kill the scavengers by Hand pick up all items from the chests. Make your way back down and start climbing up the square rock. Now jump between the next few until you have to climb up. Just keep making your way ahead. Get troll to pick up the wing from the dropped plain and get him to bridge the area that is to big for Otto to jump. After a bit you come to a section that has a wooden walkway going between the verge and the next stone pillar. The wooden walkway will break but no worry as it creates a section you can climb up on. Stay on top and switch back to troll get him to bring the wing so he can bridge the next two crossing for you to progress. Troll might have to drop the wing a few times to kill the scavengers. Pick the wing back up again and bridge the next two square boulders for Otto to get agros. Again just keep making your way ahead until the gap is to big to jump again. This is where you have to jump onto a big concrete slab. Switch to troll again and get him to bridge the gap. Walk over the wing onto the concrete slab that will brake off no worry as you know have to start making your way back on ground level. Keep your eyes open for two wooden spiked areas as Fractures they have items behind them you need. One is at ground level and one you need to klimb on troll to reach it. After collecting everything from those 3 areas upgrade otto's Ranged skill to maximum 3/3. Now make your Bone tipped spears and your Metal tipped spears. You need at least 12 spears. Now go to the first Fracture and kill 2 or 3 small monsters. Kill the rest by getting troll to stamp on them. You can go to the two monsters you killed and pick up yours spears again. Now go to the second Fracture and do the same again. Just make sure you don't let the little monsters get to close to troll or you can't kill them. Keep repeating this and after killing 10 monsters the achievement will pop. Don't use explosive tips as they won't work. I killed over a 100 that way and never got the achievement.
