I got this on the very first mission :
* I did not use any edicts to manipulate funds.
Throughout the mission, you will be tasked with things by various people.
Such as "export 500 sugar", "hire 4 doctors" etc. These are the two most common kinds. Sometimes, the reward will be £25,000 in your Swiss Bank account.
Accept 4 of these missions, or more, and complete them. As soon as the last one is complete, you'll get the achievement.
**It can be made easier with Edits, using say the construction bonus one where you siphon money from the buildings, I just didn't do it to keep my popularity up.

Other ways to add money to your Swiss Bank account:
-Build a bank (Set to Slush Fund. You can build as many banks as you want, you just need college grads.)
-Build a Mausoleum (Each visitor will earn you $10, however if you raise the price to get in, you will NOT earn more money, so keep it low to attract more people.)
-Excavate a pyramid (A relic building found on some maps.)
-Build a Custom (Set to embezzle money.)
I feel like I'm missing one!
Anyways, over time you'll hit $100000.

This is the final task in Mission 17: 'Forgiveness'.
You can get this earlier:
- Start a mission,
- Build a ministry,
- get a minister of economy,
- use the 'Building Permit' edict in the 'Economy and Tourism' tab
then progress through the mission. You will get swiss bank money for every new building you purchase. Additionally, you can build a Customs Office and set it to 'Customs Duty Evasion'.
