Just a tip for all levels that you don't get an achievement for completing you can cheat and use auto win by pressing start then clicking and holding both thumbsticks and selecting el pollo diablo. This will allow you skip the majority of the levels in the modern times dlc and main campaign aswell.

This achievement, entitled "Zeitgeist," is the final achievement in the Modern Times DLC for Tropico 4. It will be rewarded upon completion of the 12th (final) campaign mission for this DLC, and is, therefore, unmissable.

Some tips for taking on this final mission: 'Allow Imports' to aid in your early industrial production (I'd recommend going the oil route, as you should have enough female college grads to start out), to satisfy some of the early goals, and make good use of the myriad buildings available to you, such as the Telecom HQ (on customer service function). You'll need a decent amount of cash to keep things running smoothly, with all the building you'll have to do, and given the odd starting position, put a little effort into planning your growth.
