This is a very easy trophy that will surely unlock during your campaign. Alternatively you can start up a sandbox game with unlimited money and no disasters, then quick build a few entertainment buildings.
Mahtan, Tinuvil
You will need some entertainment buildings to avoid rebellions and as you increase your population, the number of enterntainment buildings will need to be increased. It does not matter if it is normal or luxury buildings. This will come naturally on the later missions.
Gleylancer
Very easy, a few taverns and restaurants will quickly unlock this achievement early in the campaign.
