Select multiplayer from the main menu and search for an online game to join or set one up yourself but make sure this is a game that gets to be decided by building a particular building. If you want, you can obtain this trophy in a matter of a minute by setting a game up in the modern age with unlimited money and the requirement of you building a Nuclear Power Plant to win. Now start the game and immediately build a Nuclear Power Plant, hover over the construction site and press and then select fast build. Also note that you can take advantage of the fact that even if your competitor abandons/loses the game, you can still go on and continue to win the game and obtain this trophy. Don't have your opponent quit to the main menu though, just let them leave their game idle and don't worry when they don't win the elections. Your game will continue as if nothing ever happened and you can still meet the requirements to win.
