Start up a sandbox game in the modern era with unlimited money and no disasters and quick build an airport first. After you've done that, build one of each of these buildings:

  • Beach Villa
  • Cabana Village
  • Cabin
  • Country Hotel
  • Cruise Ship
  • Economy Hotel
  • Family Resort
  • Hacienda
  • Historic Inn
  • Spa Hotel

Now just wait for a short while and you should unlock the trophy as soon as every of these buildings has attracted at least one tourist.
