How to unlock the Kill all Humans achievement in Tropico 5 - Definitive Guide

This trophy isn't hard to obtain but it will take quite some time. Although this trophy can be obtained during your campaign playthrough, it's easier to just start a sandbox game in modern times on the easiest settings and with unlimited money. Undesirable Citizens are defined as Crime Lords, Rebels and Rebel Leaders. Build a Drone Command Center and fully upgrade it. The drones will take out undesirable citizens automatically but only once in a while. You can tell that someone will get eliminated when he/she has a black and white target icon above their head. Note that having Dungeons and Supermax Prisons will make this trophy almost impossible to get so avoid building and/or upgrading any of these.

TIP: To speed up the process for getting this trophy, you can select individual 'undesired' citizens and use the 'kill' command. As long as you don't have any law enforcement of any kind this will force the drones to bomb the selected people. Credits for this method go out to TheMonkeyBunch.

You will need to build the Drone Command for this. Once you bild them, the central will start to take care of Rebel Leadres and Crime Lords automatically. Once it reaches 20 the achievement will unlock. Unfortunately there is no tracker, so just build and wait. If you want to expedite you can order kills for normal rebels, however you may start a riot, so have your defenses ready.

You need to build a Drone Squad and wait until they themselves deal with unwanted citizens. Forced removal does not count.

You can speed up the process by highlighting special residents with a red mark (rebel, criminal, etc.), and click “kill”.
The main thing is not to build anything else from security except drones. You can build army bases and tanks - they don't kill in peacetime.
The checkpoint also helps to quickly detect special residents.
