Another trophy that is very likely to be obtained naturally during your campaign. If you haven't been actively assigning managers to buildings during your campaign though, the fastest way is to start up a sandbox game with unlimited money and no disasters in the modern age era. Now build a few apartment buildings and at least 15 workplaces and 'quick hire' employees for your workplaces (select building with and hire workers in this menu). Now find the 'census' edict by holding and pressing and apply this. This will start a people count on your island and automatically discover people with manager skills. Now go back to all of your workplaces individually (select them again with ) and assign a manager to them.

Managers will give special effects to buildings. There are several types. You can use your Dynasty members as well. There is not a really defined way to produce managers; they will appear from time to time. You can check if you have unattended managers on the Almanac (lt.png+button-x.png).

Once you get one, go to a building (not all buildings will allow you managers) and hire one with button-y.png. Once you have 16 of them in a single game the achievement is yours.

The easiest way to get this quickly is issue the "Census" edict to discover capable managers, then employ all of the new found people as managers for 15 buildings.
