How to unlock the Presidente's Seven achievement in Tropico 5 - Definitive Guide

Whilst going for other trophies make sure you always use the same dynasty and be careful about sending them away as some never return.

To clean up once you're done with everything else. Start a new sandbox game in the colonial era, money and population doesn't matter but I did unlimited and 50. I rotated through the islands. Play until you get a dynasty quest ( sending them to school, fighting pirates etc) and simply quit out if it isn't an heir quest.

You will notice the first objective changing (build a sugar plantation etc) and the quests will change slightly too. For my dynasty heir quest my first mission was to build a pig ranch, whether it's random I'm not sure but that was the only time I had that first mission and got the last dynasty member I needed.

It doesn't take long to play up to the dynasty quest but if you're unlucky, you will have to go through the same process over and over. Just make sure you never turn down one of the heir quests while doing other stuff.

Glad it helped someone :) so the pig ranch and dynasty member quests together aren't random. Good to know

Unless you're really lucky this will be the last trophy you need before getting your Platinum trophy. When you start the game you'll have to create your own character and throughout the game (no matter what game mode) you get opportunities to add members to your family and build your very own dynasty. You acquire new Dynasty members through random events or by completing certain secondary missions. You can select these missions by hovering over the blue and yellow exclamation marks that appear above your palace and you select these with cn_O. Note that not every secondary mission will give you a new Dynasty member and they're actually rather scarce. Random events will occur through notifications from your advisors that pop up every now and then.
If you get a notification about a surprise pregnancy within your family/dynasty, be sure to either organize a wedding or choose "I like a good scandal", cause choosing one of the other options won't get you a new dynasty member.

Chances are that you will not have 7 members when you're done with your campaign but you should at the very least be close. If you didn't get your 7th Dynasty member after your trophy clean-up in sandbox mode, all you can do is start a new campaign or keep playing sandbox games until you do have enough members.

You will receive, throughout the game, several reminders from Penultimo that will allow you to get on more Dynasty Member. It can be via Wedding or other events. When you reach 7 of them you get the achievement. This falls a bit random and may take a while.

Looks like this is a random event and it's easiest to get new dynasty members in the earlier campaign missions before you time travel. So you may need to replay the campaign for this.

The longest trophy. I got 2 relatives on the first mission (started a new company)
Just farm the first mission in the CAMPAIGN, complete all the blue and red task signs and hope that the right one ticks.

After completing the campaign there were 4 relatives. Made them for myself on the first mission. When you get a relative, finish the mission and start it again. It took about an hour of play between three relatives.

I got three in 3 hours like this:
There were four when I graduated from the company. I started in turn the sandbox (easy, unlimited money, no victory) and the first stage of the company. I completed all the tasks that were given and did not build anything except. I waited for an event related to my family to happen (they would send me on vacation, to study, to follow a pirate, etc.) and go out. The seventh one came out when 5 people were upgraded to 5 stars. Let me note that in order for the stars to level up, you need to complete the level in the company.
Maybe it would have been faster without the sandbox!

Or in a sandbox, the main thing is to start from the first era (in the rest, the chances are reduced to a minimum in proportion to the modern era) and delay the declaration of independence as much as possible.

It is also possible in sandbox mode. Just start the game several times in the colonial era until you have 7 relatives.
