This trophy will be obtained after completing the first campaign mission of the Waterborne DLC. The mission will tell you to import 9,999 'parts', which actually just means any resources.

The settings can be set to the lowest difficulty. Remember that you will return to your island in later missions so it's a good idea to build a strong economy and have happy citizens. Also, in these missions you will have to endure quite a few attacks so it's wise to have a decent sized army mostly concentrated around your palace and starting dock.
