This trophy can easily be obtained during your campaign but if you want to get this out of the way quickly, then simply start up a sandbox game from the main menu and select unlimited money. As soon as the game starts buy and quick build 3 Oyster Farms and a Jewelry workshop and the trophy will pop right away.
