This trophy will be obtained after completing the first mission of the Espionage DLC. The settings can be set to the lowest difficulty. Remember that you will returning to your island in mission 2 and 3 as well so it's a good idea to build up a healthy economy and have happy citizens. For tips on how to get your economy started, see the Roadmap.
