Although this trophy can be obtained during your campaign playthrough, it's easier to just start a sandbox game on the easiest settings and with unlimited money. Pick modern times and build a Spy Academy right away. As soon as you have trained a few spies, go to the diplomatic tab (+), select 2 different nations and choose the 'Expose Secrets' option. Wait for your spies to complete their action for this trophy will pop.

For this you will need a Spy Academy (available on "Cold War"). Once you have, select it and do an Espionage action. In there you can select the superpower and then the action - Expose Secrets. If you are successful a message will appear on your top left corner. Once you do two of these you will get it.

We raise more spies and send them to 2 different powers. In 2-3 attempts in each country they will reveal their secret.
