How to unlock the Claustrophilia achievement in Tropico 5 - Penultimate Edition - Definitive Guide

Open a sandbox game
Set the map as a generated map and select "tiny".
Starting era as modern times.
Starting money £100,000.
Disasters as relentless.
Construction victory as nuclear power plant.
Leave all other settings as they are.
Start the game, build the nuclear power plant and quick build it as you have the cash. Bing, achievement done.
Same guide can be used for the To Live In Interesting Times achievement but if you don't need that one then disaster frequency isn't important.

Does this still work? I just did it and nothing.
EDIT: Hummm... I see it popped under achievements in the game, but not in the actual achievements..
EDIT: As I saved the comment they popped when I went to my over all achievement list of all games.. Thanks for the easy guide!

It even works with unlimited starting capital --> quick-build... It took me 5 times longer setting it up, than actually "playing".
