Tropico 5 - Penultimate Edition

When I first clicked on Multiplayer I was faced with a message reading "The connection with the game server has been lost. Please try again later." I clicked it a couple more times with no luck before...

...I found that this can be averted if you click , scroll to Tropico and click . Scroll down to quit and restart the game.

When I loaded the game again it brought me into a lobbying area. From here you may select your desired Dynasty, create or join a match. If you do not have a boosting partner you can try to lose the game fast, or you can use this as an opportunity to grab a couple other achievements.

If you have a boosting partner you may select "Create Game" and proceed to choose your desired game settings. The only setting that matters is "Victory by Points" which you need to set to 3 for the fastest completed game.
