You'll almost certainly get this through natural gameplay, whether you're following the campaign or just using sandbox.
Occasionally you'll receive mission prompts from Penultimo that can lead to new dynasty members. When these pop up take whichever action(s) lead to a new dynasty member and this achievement will pop.
In general, always pick the option that adds dynasty members, as they are random and you need a full 7 members for another achievement. I didn't get that achievement until after the campaign, so that's why I recommend adding every possible dynasty member.
