The easiest way is to start a sandbox game with unlimited money in the modern era, set economic/political problems to very low and set no conditions for winning. You're going to need a lot of beach front to build docks on so set a custom island as Huge.

Build your docks, anywhere between 10 and 20. Also build a dry dock and upgrade it so each dock can have two trade ships. Then build an embassy and invite China to it. You're going to need relations with China to be high to get trade deals so praise them whenever the option is available.

Select one of the docks and then click down to the Trade option at the bottom of the screen. This will show all the available trade deals based on type of product. For any export deals to China, the best way I've found is to import the product if you can from another country. These will then arrive at your docks and then immediately ship out to China when one of the export ships leaves. The shipping time to China will be longer than most of the places you're importing from so I assign double the amount of ships on the export route than on the import route.

Keep checking for trade deals and you should knock this one out pretty quickly.
