How to unlock the Terraformer achievement in Tropico 6 - Definitive Guide

Quite easy in reality. Go to New Game and then Sandbox. Select the map with the dice on it - you don’t need to change any settings. Once the map has loaded, head back to the main menu and repeat. The achievement will pop when you load the 15th map.

It’s quicker to dashboard cuz the loading screens are so long

You can reduce loading screens by changing the map size to small

NOTE: Quitting to the dashboard when you load a map, then re-launching the game doesn't progress the achievement. I wasted around 30 mins doing this then started letting the maps load in and it progressed normally.
