How to unlock the The Time For Wonders achievement in Tropico 6 - Definitive Guide

Can be completed in sandbox mode.
Create a random map with the following customizations:

Starting Money: unlimited


Load the map, place your pirate cove, wait until you have at least 20,000 raid points.
In the meantime build the following:
- Commando Garrison
- Spy Academy
- Cyber Operations Center (requires electricity. Build 2 solar panel plants beside it

Once you have 20,000 raid points then select a world wonder heist from each of the four tabs in the raid menu (Pirate Cove, Commando Garrison, Spy Academy, & Cyber Operations Center).

Once all four are selected, back out of the menus and the achievement should pop

Didn't work for me either, and the first mission hasn't popped for me either after the full game went live....... frustrating.

Did you select world wonders for each heist or loots/resuces?

Didnt work for me either, I selected eiffel tower, statue of liberty, stonehenge and the castle. Not your fault though

It worked for me, just make sure you collected raid point more than 20,000 point. I try heist at 20,005 raid point then after you set up 4 of it, achievement pop.

We are building all the buildings for raids (pirate bay, commando squad, spy academy cyber operations center). In all of them at the same time we begin the task of stealing any wonder of the world
