This achievement with the rest of the "Power Rank" achievements are story related as it's required to progress through the game and enter new portals.

I will add a few tips that may help you along the way if you don't wish to view the link above.

Also keep in mind, upgrading your items at the forge can boost your Power Rank even further. As well as upgrading your Gems.

Completing dungeons is the way to go for this achievement. You want to kill everything in the dungeon and grab all the loot. The better the loot, the more power rank it will add to your character. Replace your items for higher power rank items. Leveling up your character also adds 15+ power rank. You also can get 2+ Power Rank for every Mastery Level.

This achievement isn’t as complicated as it may seem. The main way this achievement is unlocked is by upgrading your gems (The stats don’t matter) and upgrading your gear from shadow up to at least radiant which will cost: 2 twice forged shadow souls, 2 thrice forged shadow souls, 2 quad forged shadow souls, 3 penta forged shadow souls, and finally 3 purifying dragon flames crafted in the hub. You can craft the souls by loot collect shadow weapons ( if you collect a shadow 3 weapon, you receive 1 thrice forged shadow soul) and craft the dragon flames in the hub at the dragon crucible. I recommend buying souls in the marketplace. Also, if you craft dragon souls and get 75 neon souls ( recommend neon) for an radiant aura that you apply to an radiant weapon using an enchanced forge for 75 glam for another 25 gamerscore.
