This achievement is based on a new expansion for Trove, "Geode". As part of this expansion, a whole new world with different mechanics and equipment from the original game is provided.
For this achievement you will need to upgrade your "GAS" module, which basically controls the timer on how long you can stay in a Geode world before you're forcibly pulled out to the hub. This upgrade is part of the quest chain that shows off the new Geode gameplay, so you can consider it as a storyline achievement. Following the quest chain also gathers several of the raw materials you will need for the upgrade. Said materials can only be found in Geode, sold on the marketplace by other players, or as part of the Geode quest chain.
The actual mechanics of upgrading your GAS module requires you to go to the bottom floor of the Geode Hub, where the 3 portals to the mine areas are. By "Verdant Veins" are two craft tables: "Module Forge", and "Module Workbench". You need to use the forge, then select the GAS module on the right panel. Use
to make the left panel active, then move all the way down to the button before selecting it to upgrade.

The module upgrades require a rare material called "Metamatter". While you can earn more, you will be severely limited early on. If you upgrade other gear too early, it may slow down your progress on this achievement. And because this achievement is also partway through the quest chain, you will also delay yourself from unlocking other items and modules.
